We have known Peggy Grace for many years and have utilized her real estate expertise on several occasions. Because of her proven knowledge and professionalism and our past successes with her, we would have never considered using any other real estate professional!

Our most recent experience with Par Realty is the best one yet! Peggy brought in a "staging" professional, Connie Thomas, to explore and critique our 2-story, 2900-plus square foot home in Lafayette, Louisiana's Georgetown Square neighborhood, off of Kaliste Saloom Road.

Connie spent about an hour in and outside of our home and sent a three page listing to us by email the same day of all of the things that needed to be removed, cosmetically changed, replaced and/or moved. She also included decorating suggestions in order to "stage" our home for the best possibilities of a quick sale. Although Connie was firm with her findings, she was much more gentle than what you see on HGTV!

In other words...my feelings were not hurt at all! I was actually energized and inspired by the fact that we had a list of tasks to do that was compiled by someone other than us! The guess work disappeared with our introduction to a professional stager.

We chose to do almost everything suggested to our ten-year-old home. We de-cluttered, painted neutral colors inside and out, cleaned carpets, removed personal photos, rearranged furniture, updated fixtures and floral arrangements, scrubbed from top to bottom and then de-cluttered some more! Her objectivity was just what we needed and at a very reasonable and justifiable price!

We have bought and sold homes before and never have we had such a quick
sale as this one! Within six days on the market, we had a solid contract for very close to our asking price. We are convinced that "staging" our home did the trick! It looked clean, open and airy and ready to move into after Connie's pointers were implemented.

We could not have had a better experience without the team of Peggy Grace and Connie Thomas!
